Outside of coaching, I am the owner of a boutique recruiting firm. My days are spent helping individuals seeking something different professionally or personally—whether it's a new vibe and culture, a better team, more money, a complete career pivot, or a lifestyle change.

After many years of assisting a niche pool of professionals in finding and achieving their “why,” I decided to pursue an iPEC coaching certification to broaden my impact beyond my primary focus areas of accounting and finance professionals.

Having personally benefited from coaching for almost a decade, I believe in the practice wholeheartedly. I deeply respect those who take responsibility for their lives and actions, finding the bravery to break habits, norms, and rules that no longer serve them.
